National budget for 2010 is approved to be $USD 2,000M through 81/100 votes in the parliamentary – there is no single vote from the opposition party.

The budget package for army has raised to 15% compared to education and agriculture sector.

During this amendment, Minister of Economy and Finance Mr Keat Chunn also announced the tax raise to 100% on the existing tax which will apply to buildings, land that is from 100M Riels.  He claimed that this increasing of taxation is because there will be more spending during the next year.

Without thinking of correcting the corruption behavior of those in the government, and relieving the current economic crisis, these some of the above people are trying to exploit from their own poor people even more, f*ck you!
